Inox Tee 28 – a reliable element of steel installations

This stainless steel tee, designed for KAN-therm INOX FITTINGS systems, is a key element in creating branches in installations. Made of high-quality austenitic stainless steel 1.4404, it ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in difficult conditions. Its construction based on pressing technology guarantees tightness and quick assembly.

Design and application

The Inox Tee 28 is dedicated to press connections, which means that assembly is carried out without the use of open flame and soldering – this saves time and increases safety. An O-ring seal made of EPDM material provides additional protection against leaks. Thanks to the nominal diameter of 25 mm (DN 25) and the outer diameter of the pipe of 28 mm, this tee is compatible with a wide range of steel pipes. It will be useful in installations:

• heating,
• cooling,
• water (including drinking water),
• gas (including flammable and inert gases).

Connection lengths of 44.5 mm and 48.5 mm provide adequate maneuvering space during assembly, and working connection lengths (21.5 mm and 25.5 mm) guarantee a solid press connection. The maximum working pressure of 16 bar confirms its reliability in demanding systems.

LBP controlled leakage function – safety first

The Inox tee is equipped with the LBP (Leak Before Press) controlled leakage function. This means that in the event of incorrect pressing of the connection, the leak will occur before full compression, allowing you to detect the error and avoid more serious problems in the future.
