Elbow for plastic installations – reliability and durability of connections

This is a 90° elbow from the ultraPRESS series, made of high-quality polyphenylene sulfone (PPSU). Designed for pressing homogeneous and multilayer pipes with a diameter of 25 mm, it ensures tight and durable connections in central heating, hot and cold water, and compressed air systems. The use of PPSU guarantees corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, which translates into a long service life of the installation.

Functionality and safety in one

The ultraPRESS elbow features a controlled leakage function LBP (Leak Before Press), which allows you to detect an incorrectly made connection even before commissioning the installation. This minimizes the risk of failure and costly repairs. The stainless steel clamping ring ensures durability and corrosion resistance, and the EPDM O-ring seal guarantees a tight connection. Additionally, the ring identifying the diameter facilitates quick and accurate identification of the fitting size during installation – models with diameters of 50 and 63 mm are without a ring.

Versatility and ease of installation

The fitting is compatible with PEXC, PERT pipes with an EVOH layer and PERTAL pipes with an aluminum layer, giving great freedom in installation design. The ability to press with "U" or "TH" type jaws makes the elbow versatile and can be used with different types of crimpers. This allows installers to use their existing equipment, reducing investment costs. The design allows installation inside building partitions without restrictions.
