This reducing tee made of brass CW617N is a key element of the KAN-therm ultraPRESS system, designed to connect pipes of different diameters in central heating and domestic hot water installations. Its construction ensures not only tightness and strength, but also easy installation thanks to the pressing technology. Made of high-quality brass, it guarantees long-term operation even in difficult conditions.
Construction and application
This tee connects a pipe with a diameter of 50 mm with two others with a diameter of 32 mm and 50 mm. It is designed for pressing with multilayer and homogeneous pipes, making it a universal solution for many types of installations. The use of brass CW617N ensures corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. Additionally, the tee is compatible with stainless steel clamping rings, which increases its durability and reliability.
- Diameter reduction: Allows connection of pipes of different dimensions without the need for additional adapters.

It is important to select the appropriate jaw profile depending on the diameter of the tee and the type of KAN-therm ultraPRESS or KAN-therm ultraPRESS LBP fittings: profile “U” or “TH” (for diameter 26 mm “C” or “TH”). For diameters 50 and 63 mm, profile “TH” is used. Correct profile selection is crucial to ensure the tightness and durability of the connection.
