Steel socket elbow for pressure installations
This is a 90° socket elbow from the KAN-therm Steel series, designed to create durable and safe connections in internal installations. Made of carbon steel with a galvanized coating, it provides corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. The elbow is compatible with the KAN-therm Steel system, allowing for the construction of complex heating, chilled water or process heat installations.
Design and application
The elbow has a socket compression connection on one side and a push-fit end on the other, allowing for quick and secure installation using pressing technology. This technology eliminates the need for welding or threading, reducing installation time and minimizing the risk of errors. Thanks to the use of an O-ring seal, the connection is tight and leak-proof. The LBP (Leak Before Press) function further increases safety by indicating unpressed connections – this is particularly important during quality control of the completed installation.
