Solid connection in steel installations

Mufa Steel - 54 is a reliable solution for connecting steel pipes in heating, water and technological systems. Made of high-quality carbon steel, coated with zinc, it provides durable corrosion protection and long-term use. The fitting is designed for pressing, which guarantees quick and secure installation without the need for welding or threading.

Construction and application

The double-sided sleeve with a diameter of 54 mm (DN 50) allows connecting two steel pipes using the "Press" technology. The use of an O-ring seal made of monomeric ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EDPM) ensures the tightness of the connection, and the LBP (Leak Before Press) function indicates any unpressed connections – important for safety and proper operation of the installation. The working length of the connection is 8 mm on each side, and the total length of the sleeve is 86 mm. The maximum working pressure at 20°C is 16 bar.
