Galvanized steel crossover manifold for two-pipe systems

The fitting is made of carbon steel St 34.2 (1.0034), coated with an electrolytic zinc layer 8–15 µm thick, providing corrosion resistance without the need for additional protective coatings. This solution is dedicated to heating and cooling installations where durability and precise installation are required.

Connections are made using a press-fit technology, eliminating the need for welding or threading. All four ports have an identical outer diameter of 15 mm and a nominal size DN 12, enabling uniform medium distribution in two-pipe circuits. The internal design minimizes flow restriction, reducing pressure losses and maintaining stable flow throughout the system.

The built-in O-ring seal ensures tightness at pressures up to 16 bar and temperatures ranging from -35 °C to 135 °C. Additionally, the design integrates a controlled leakage function (LBP), allowing detection of potential leaks without disassembly, which facilitates diagnostics and maintenance.

Installation is quick and requires no open flame, making it an ideal solution for installers working in areas with limited accessibility or elevated fire safety requirements. The fitting is compatible with other components of the KAN-therm Steel system as well as plastic-based systems, offering flexibility during modernizations or expansions of existing installations.

Weight and pipe wall thickness are optimized, avoiding structural overload while ensuring sufficient mechanical strength. There is no fire hazard during installation, and the final appearance of the installation is clean and orderly.
