The PERTAL ultraPRESS pipe with blue insulation is a reliable solution for building internal plumbing, heating and underfloor heating systems. Made of high-temperature resistant polyethylene (PE-RT I) with a butt-welded aluminum layer, it ensures durability and safety. The 6 mm thick thermal insulation minimizes heat loss, resulting in energy savings. With a diameter of 20 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm, the pipe is ideal for standard home installations. Available in a practical coil of 50 meters, it simplifies installation and reduces waste.

Construction and application

The PERTAL ultraPRESS pipe is characterized by a multilayer construction – a combination of polyethylene (PE-RT), aluminum and again polyethylene. This construction combines the flexibility of plastic with the strength of metal, providing resistance to high temperatures and pressure. It can be used in installations:

• Hot and cold domestic water
• Central heating (radiators, underfloor heating)
• Radiant heating
• Compressed air

The pipe meets the requirements of application classes 1 to 5 according to ISO 10508, confirming its versatility and wide range of applications.
