Multilayer pipe for comprehensive installations

The PERTAL² ultraLINE pipe is a versatile solution for building water supply, heating and other systems. Made of polyethylene with increased thermal resistance, reinforced with a butt-welded aluminum layer, it ensures reliability and durability. Thanks to its application class 1-5 (according to ISO 10508), it is suitable for various applications – from hot and cold domestic water installations, through radiator and underfloor heating, to compressed air systems.

Construction and properties

The pipe is characterized by high flexibility, which facilitates installation even in complex systems. The minimum bending radius of 3.5 x the outer diameter allows for precise adaptation to the project requirements. The coefficient of thermal expansion at 0.025 mm/mxK and thermal conductivity of 0.43 W/mxK affect the stability and energy efficiency of the installation. The smooth inner surface (roughness k = 0.007 mm) minimizes pressure losses and promotes system cleanliness.

Application and warranty

The PERTAL² ultraLINE pipe is intended for use in individual and multi-family construction. The manufacturer offers a 10-year warranty on the product (up to 15 years in the case of individual construction), which demonstrates its high quality and reliability. Installation is carried out using sliding plastic sleeves on brass or PPSU fittings - this technique guarantees tightness and simplicity of connections. The pipe has numerous certificates (DVGW, KIWA, KOMO, Lloyds, OVGW, PZH, ZiK) and is compliant with PN-EN ISO 21003-215874.
