PPR pipe SDR7.4 PN16 with a diameter of 40x5.5 mm, supplied in lengths of 4 meters, is a reliable solution for building water supply and heating installations. Made of random polypropylene (PP), it is characterized by high strength and corrosion resistance, guaranteeing long-term use. The pipe is intended for transporting cold water (up to 16 bar), hot water (up to 10 bar) and in central heating systems (up to 6 bar). Its uniform structure provides a smooth inner surface, minimizing pressure losses and facilitating the flow of the medium. The gray color of the pipe makes it easy to identify in the installation. Thanks to the coefficient of thermal expansion of 0.15 mm/mxK and thermal conductivity λ - 0.24 W/mxK, the pipe copes well with temperature changes. The minimum bending radius Rmin is 8.0 Dz mm, which provides flexibility during installation. The roughness of the inner wall k is only 0.007mm – this translates to less scale build-up and maintaining high flow efficiency.
