This is a 90° Steel Sprinkler nipple elbow, made of galvanized steel, designed for the construction of sprinkler installations. It is used to change the direction of pipes with a diameter of 42 mm, providing a solid and durable connection. Construction and application

The elbow has two types of connections: a crimp socket and a push-in end, which allows for quick and reliable installation in KAN-therm Steel Sprinkler systems. Made of high-quality galvanized steel (Fe/Zn88) with a zinc layer thickness of 8-15 µm, it ensures corrosion resistance and long-term operation. An additional O-ring seal increases the certainty of connection tightness.

Controlled Leakage LBP – safety first

A key feature of this elbow is the LBP (Leak Before Press) controlled leakage function. This means that if the fitting is crimped incorrectly, a small water leak will occur, indicating an installer error before the system is started up.
