Brass ultraPRESS reducing tee – a leak-proof installation element

This brass reducing tee from the ultraPRESS series is a key element in heating and water systems, designed to connect pipes of different diameters. Made of high-quality brass (CW617N), it ensures durability and corrosion resistance, which translates to a long service life of the installation. Its construction allows for a safe and tight connection of homogeneous and multilayer pipes using the pressing method.

Design and application

The 25/20/20 reducing tee allows you to change the pipe diameter from 25 mm to two branches with a diameter of 20 mm. This solution is ideal in situations where it is necessary to connect elements with smaller diameters to the main installation pipeline. It is used both in new installations and during the modernization of existing systems. The clamping ring made of stainless steel guarantees a secure and durable connection, and the presence of an O-ring seal made of EPDM provides additional protection against leaks.

LBP function and compatibility

The fitting is equipped with the LBP (Leak Before Press) controlled leakage function, which significantly facilitates the detection of errors during assembly. In the event of incomplete or incorrect pressing, a leak occurs even before the installation is put into use, which helps to avoid more serious problems in the future. The tee is compatible with U and TH clamping profiles – the choice of the appropriate profile depends on the pipe diameter (for a diameter of 26 mm, profile “C” or “TH” is recommended). The absence of an identification ring for the diameter applies to tees with diameters of 50 and 63 mm.
