Pipe diameter reduction in PP-R installations

The threaded reduction sleeve made of random polypropylene (PP-R) is a reliable solution for connecting pipes of different diameters in water and heating systems. Model 110/63 allows connecting a 110 mm diameter pipe to a 63 mm diameter pipe, ensuring a tight and durable connection. The fitting is designed for butt welding, which guarantees a durable and safe connection of installation elements.

Application and design features

The reduction sleeve is compatible with cold water (up to 20 bar), hot water (up to 10 bar) and central heating (up to 6 bar) installations. It can operate at a maximum temperature of 90°C. Made of high-quality random copolymer polypropylene, it provides corrosion resistance and long-term operation. The design of the sleeve allows it to be directly welded to the socket of the fitting from the larger diameter side, and the smaller diameter can be directly connected to the pipe. The simple shape facilitates assembly and provides an aesthetic appearance of the installation.
