PP-R reduction coupling – a reliable installation element

The threaded reduction coupling made of random polypropylene (PP-R) is a key element of the KAN-therm system, designed to connect pipes of different diameters. It enables reduction from 75 mm to 50 mm, ensuring a tight and durable connection in water supply, heating and central heating installations. This fitting is ideal for direct welding into the socket of a larger diameter, and the smaller diameter is intended for connection with a pipe.

The KAN-therm PP-R reduction coupling is used in installations:

• Cold water – up to 20 bar
• Hot water – up to 10 bar
• Central heating – up to 6 bar
• Maximum operating temperature: 90°C

Made of high-quality random polypropylene, the coupling is characterized by high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The use of PP-R material ensures long-term reliability and safety of the installation. The fitting meets the PN‑EN 15874 standard and has CSTB, ITB, Lloyds, PZH and ZiK certificates, which confirms its high quality and compliance with applicable standards. The manufacturer's warranty is 10 years (in the case of individual construction even 15 years).
