The Steel 35 ball valve is a key element of heating and cooling installations made in the KAN-therm Steel system. Designed to work with galvanized steel pipes, it provides a tight and reliable shut-off of the medium flow. Made of carbon steel galvanized (Fe/Zn88) with a zinc layer thickness of 8-15 µm, it guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term operation. Equipped with EPDM O-rings, it ensures reliable sealing even in difficult conditions.

The Steel 35 valve features a controlled leakage function LBP, which allows easy checking of the seal status without the need to disassemble the valve. This is an important convenience during inspections and maintenance of the installation. In addition, the ergonomic lever made of a durable steel skeleton and glass fiber reinforced polymers provides comfortable operation and safety – minimizing the risk of burns in installations with high medium temperatures.

Replaceable colored inserts (red or blue) mounted on the lever allow for visual identification of the pipeline type – cold water, hot water, supply or return. This simple solution significantly facilitates orientation in complex installations and minimizes the risk of mistakes during servicing. The valve is designed to operate at a working pressure of up to 16 bar and a temperature from -35℃ to +135℃, making it a universal solution for various applications.

The Steel 35 ball valve is intended for press connections in the KAN-therm Steel system. "M" type jaws are required for installation. Thanks to the precise workmanship and compliance with industry standards, the valve guarantees the tightness and reliability of the connection.
