COB LED Strip – uncompromising even light

The Kanlux LCOB LED strip is a modern lighting solution for interiors, distinguished primarily by its uniform light distribution along its entire length. Thanks to the use of COB (Chip on Board) technology, the LEDs are arranged very close together, eliminating the effect of light points and providing a smooth, uniform glow. This is an ideal solution for people who appreciate aesthetics and high-quality lighting.

The strip with a power of 8W per meter, powered by 12V DC, emits neutral light with a color temperature of 4000K and a high color rendering index of Ra90. This means that colors are reproduced naturally and faithfully, which is particularly important in rooms where color accuracy is important – e.g. in kitchens, bathrooms or studios. Thanks to this, the strip will work both as main lighting and as additional, accentuating selected elements of the decor.

Installation and application

The LCOB strip is intended for use indoors and has a protection degree of IP00, which means there is no protection against the ingress of solids and water. Thanks to the free wire ends, installation is simple and intuitive – just connect a 12V DC power supply. The ability to cut into segments allows for precise adjustment of the strip length to a specific lighting project. The strip is perfect for ceiling lighting, under kitchen cabinets, in shop windows or as decorative backlighting for furniture and architectural elements.

The LED technology used is characterized by high energy efficiency – energy consumption is only 8W per meter, which translates to low operating costs. In addition, the strip has an equivalent power declaration of 33W for a 0.5m segment – which means energy savings compared to traditional light sources. The length of the strip is as much as 25 meters, which provides wide design possibilities.
