The Kanlux DAXA-S LED under-cabinet luminaire is a practical solution for illuminating worktops in the kitchen, office, and other rooms where precise and even light is needed. Its minimalist, rectangular shape and white housing color make it easy to integrate into various interior designs. The lamp is designed for mounting on both walls and ceilings, providing great freedom in choosing the installation location.
Construction and mounting options
DAXA-S is made of durable plastic, ensuring durability and resistance to damage. The ability to connect several luminaires together using built-in connectors allows you to create a uniform line of light – ideal for illuminating long countertops. Installation is simple and intuitive, and the small dimensions (574 mm length, 60 mm width, and 9.2 mm height) allow for discreet placement under cabinets. The minimum distance from the illuminated object is only 0.1 meters.
Technical parameters and user comfort
The luminaire operates at 24V DC (power supply must be purchased separately). Thanks to the use of SMD LEDs, it provides high luminous efficacy – up to 133 lm/W and a luminous flux of up to 1200 lumens. Importantly, DAXA-S offers the ability to adjust the color temperature in the range of 3000K (warm white), 4000K (neutral white), and 5500K (cool white), allowing you to adapt the lighting to individual preferences and tasks. The high color rendering index Ra (80) guarantees natural color reproduction. Protection class III ensures safe use. The luminaire has an IP20 degree of protection, which means protection against touching with a finger – it is intended for indoor use only. The luminaire's lifespan is estimated at 35,000 hours of operation or more than 50,000 on/off cycles.
