The ROLF JQ-O microwave motion sensor is a practical solution for automating lighting inside buildings. It is ideal for use in homes, offices, or warehouses. Thanks to the use of microwave technology, the sensor provides reliable motion detection, which translates into convenience and energy savings. Ceiling mounting is quick and easy, and the compact dimensions of the device (diameter 96 mm, height 42 mm) allow it to be discreetly integrated into the interior design.

Functionality and adjustment

ROLF JQ-O offers a wide range of adjustments to suit individual needs. The ability to set the sensor's operating time from 6 seconds to 12 minutes allows it to be adapted to different usage scenarios. In addition, adjusting the light intensity level (2-2000 lx) allows you to precisely determine at what light level the sensor should react to motion. The sensor's sensitivity can also be adjusted, which helps to avoid false alarms. The detection range is up to 9 meters, and the detection angle is 360° horizontally and 160° vertically – ensuring comprehensive monitoring of the space.

Installation and safety

The sensor is designed for surface mounting on the ceiling and is connected using a connection box (wire range: 0.75÷1.5 mm²). Protection class II guarantees safe use. The device operates at a voltage of 220-240 V AC and a frequency of 50 Hz, and its maximum power is 1200 VA. Thanks to the wide range of operating temperatures (5÷25°C), the sensor maintains reliability even in changing environmental conditions. Made of durable plastic, it is resistant to mechanical damage.
