Universal motion sensor for surface mounting

This SLICK JQ-L-W PIR motion sensor is a reliable solution for automating lighting and alarm systems. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, providing convenience and security. Its versatility will be appreciated by both installers and end-users.

Functionality and application

The sensor is designed for surface mounting on the wall. It uses PIR (passive infrared) technology to detect motion within a range of up to 12 meters and a detection angle of 160° horizontally and 20° vertically. Thanks to adjustable time delay (8 seconds to 10 minutes) and dusk threshold (3-2000 lx), it can be perfectly adapted to specific conditions and needs. A maximum load capacity of 1200 VA allows control of various receivers, from lighting to alarm indicators.

Construction and parameters

The housing made of durable plastic ensures durability and resistance to weather conditions (IP44 rating). Protection class II guarantees safe use. Connection wires with a cross-section from 1 to 2.5 mm² are connected using a screw terminal block. The sensor is designed to operate at temperatures from -10°C to +40°C. Power is supplied by a voltage of 220-240V AC at a frequency of 50Hz. It is worth noting the micro-interruption between the relay contacts of 1ms – an important parameter when controlling inductive loads.
