The device is designed for installation in external sewage systems, effectively protecting low-lying rooms from flooding. Thanks to its construction and materials, the gate ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation.

Construction and application

The KARMAT ZBK200 storm gate is designed for mounting on pipes with a nominal diameter of DN 200 (external diameter 200 mm). Its operation is based on the automatic closure of the flow in the event of backflow of water or an attempt by rodents to enter the building. Made of high-quality plastics resistant to corrosion, chemicals, and temperatures up to 95°C, it guarantees reliability even in difficult conditions. A key element is the flap cover made of chrome-nickel stainless steel, which protects the flap and seal from mechanical damage and rodent access. Additionally, the manual closing lever allows for complete flow shut-off if necessary.
