Basement sewage lifting station with intelligent control and grinder

The device is designed for complete basement dewatering, pumping sewage containing or not containing feces – without the need for an isolating valve. The tank is made of durable polyethylene (PE) with a closed pump chamber, preventing leaks and facilitating cleaning. All components can be removed with one hand – without disassembling the entire unit.

The SPZ 1000 Resistant pump with a grinding mechanism handles solids, preventing pipe blockages. Its maximum flow rate is 11.5 m³/h at a head of up to 10 m – sufficient for typical single-family home installations. The temperature of the pumped medium must not exceed 40 °C, meaning it is not suitable for discharging hot water from kitchens or baths.

The Comfort controller with Self-Diagnosis System (SDS) monitors the device operation and signals faults both acoustically and optically. It features a built-in backup battery, multi-line display, USB port for log reading, and an optional potential-free contact – allowing integration with home automation systems. It does not require external overcurrent protection – the device itself provides protection.

The discharge pipe is horizontal, with a diameter of DN 32 (OD 40 mm), and the inlet connection is DN 100 (OD 110 mm), enabling connection to standard sewage pipes. Resistance to groundwater reaches 3 meters – no additional bottom insulation of the tank is required in case of high groundwater levels. An integrated check valve prevents sewage backflow.

The pump has an IP68 protection rating – it is fully submerged in sewage during operation. The controller is rated IP54, so it can be installed in humid environments. The entire unit operates at 230 V / 50 Hz; the pump power cord is 5 m long, and the controller cord is 1.4 m. The plug is coded – it cannot be confused with other sockets.

The net weight is 24 kg, gross weight – 26.5 kg. Dimensions: 670 × 580 × 395 mm – fits in a typical basement without the need for space expansion. Installation requires only electrical connection and pipe routing – the pump and sensors are already mounted in the tank but must be secured on-site.

It is used where normal gravity is insufficient: floors lower than the main sewer line, basement bathrooms, washing machines, or shower drains below the discharge level. The "Resistant" rating means it operates without damage even with sewage containing salt (e.g., from softening systems), boiler condensate, or regeneration water.
