Electronic Kitchen Faucet with Touchless Control

The faucet operates on a 6 V CR-P2 lithium battery, eliminating the need for a mains connection – ideal for installations where an easily accessible power point is unavailable. Control is dual-mode: you can activate the water manually via the handle or touchlessly – an optical sensor detects hand or vessel movement above the spout and automatically initiates flow.

The sensor performs an automatic measurement of the working area, ensuring it responds only to intentional approaches and not to accidental movements. After 90 seconds of continuous object detection, the water automatically shuts off, preventing accidental overflow and conserving water.

Construction and Practical Features

The spout rotates 360°, facilitating dishwashing at various angles and allowing free access to the entire sink. The nozzle height is 238 mm, and the spout length is 215 mm – sufficient to accommodate even large pots. The ceramic cartridge features a built-in hot water temperature limiter – the maximum permissible temperature is 65 °C, protecting against scalding.

The Caché M 21.5 x 1 aerator delivers a gentle, uniform water stream, reducing noise and splashing. The magnetic valve operates without mechanical contact – there is no wear on discs or seals, significantly extending service life. The system includes an integrated debris filter and a check valve, protecting the installation from backflow and clogging.

Installation is single-hole – only one hole in the kitchen countertop is required. The connections are flexible pressure hoses G 3/8 with DVGW approval – easy to connect and compatible with most existing installations. The quick-mount system enables fast and safe installation even in limited space under the sink.

Additional Features for Users and Installers

The electronic module includes a battery level indicator – when voltage drops, battery replacement can be planned without sudden loss of functionality. The CR-P2 battery is a standard type, readily available in stores and service centers. The ability to program automatic disinfection every 12 or 24 hours maintains hygiene without the need for manual cleaning.

The faucet meets Acoustic Class I – it operates quietly, without loud clicks or hissing upon activation. While working pressure is not specified as a limit, the flow rate at 3 bar is 4.5 l/min in touchless mode and 10.5 l/min in manual mode – sufficient for everyday kitchen use.
