The TS-6120 hardened screw is a specialized fastener designed for the professional fastening of wooden structures. Made of low-carbon steel coated with a yellow zinc protective layer, it ensures long-lasting corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength.

Construction and technical features

The screw is equipped with a partial thread, which allows for secure clamping of elements during fastening, ensuring stable connections without the risk of loosening. The ribbed thread coated with a lubricating wax significantly reduces the force required for driving, resulting in tool energy savings and improved working comfort.

The special tip is equipped with a drilling cutter, which automatically prepares the hole and simultaneously protects against splitting the fastened material. This solution eliminates the need for pre-drilling pilot holes.

Mounting system and ergonomics

The countersunk head features special milling ribs, which allow for easy and smooth embedding into the material without the risk of surface damage. The TX30 (Torx) drive guarantees optimal torque transfer during assembly and effectively prevents bit cam-out from the socket.

This system facilitates the driving of screws even with long elements (120mm), ensuring precise installation without the risk of shifting or tilting.
