The FX-06L080 quick-assembly plug with a dimension of 6 × 80 mm and a funnel is a fastener designed for efficient fixing in various construction materials. Made of nylon and equipped with a steel nail with a Pozidriv socket, it ensures durable and stable connections in concrete, solid brick, and aerated concrete.

The plug sleeve is made of nylon. The steel nail features a Pozidriv PZ type socket and a special screw thread that allows for easy disassembly if necessary. The funnel in the upper part of the sleeve ensures stable positioning of the fastened element and facilitates correct installation.

The plug requires a hole with a diameter of Ø6 mm with a minimum embedment depth of 29 mm. The minimum substrate thickness must be at least 100 mm, while maintaining a minimum spacing between fixing points of also 100 mm. The maximum thickness of the fastened element can reach up to 51 mm.

Installation instructions

If disassembly is required, simply unscrew the nail using a Pozidriv screwdriver.
