The FX-06K080 rapid mounting plug with dimensions 6×80 mm is a professional fastening element designed for a wide range of construction and installation works. Thanks to its polypropylene construction and a steel nail with a Pozidriv tip, it ensures durable and stable connections in concrete, solid brick, and aerated concrete.

Construction and materials

The plug sleeve is made of high-quality polypropylene (PP), which is characterized by excellent resistance to weather conditions and dimensional stability. The electro-galvanized steel nail with a coating thickness of 10 μm guarantees long-term corrosion protection. The Pozidriv type tip allows for easy removal of the nail if the element needs to be dismantled.

The mushroom collar with a diameter of 12.5 mm ensures optimal adhesion to the fastened element, eliminating the risk of shifting or rotating during operation.

Operating parameters and installation

Installation requires drilling a Ø6 mm hole through the fastened element. The minimum embedment depth of the fastener is 29 mm, with a minimum substrate thickness of 100 mm. The recommended minimum distance from the substrate edge is also 100 mm, which ensures optimal working conditions without the risk of material cracking.

Installation is extremely fast - after placing the plug in the hole, simply drive the nail with a hammer until it is flush with the surface of the plug. The entire process takes only a few seconds, making this solution ideal for tasks requiring a large number of fastening points.

Practical applications

The product works perfectly when fastening wooden and metal strips in drywalls and plasterboard structures. It enables stable mounting of cable brackets, handrails, and various types of finishing profiles. It is also used in electrical installations - mounting electrical frames and lighting system components.
