Quick-mount plug 8x160mm with funnel-head FX-L /50pcs/ FX-08L160
Fast installation in concrete, solid brick, and aerated concrete
The FX-08L160 hammer-drive anchor with dimensions 8 × 160 mm and a funnel head represents an advanced solution for installers performing fixings in mineral substrates. The system is designed for quick, simple, and cost-effective installation of structural elements.
Nylon body with Pozidriv steel nail
The anchor body is made of nylon, providing flexibility during hammer installation. The inserted steel nail features a Pozidriv PZ socket, enabling easy removal by unscrewing if required. The special mushroom-type tip ensures stable positioning during hammering.
The collarless funnel allows precise setting in a Ø8 mm hole, while the through-hole design enables installation through the fixed element without pre-setting the anchor.
Performance parameters and load capacity
The FX-08L160 anchor has a diameter of 8 mm and a total length of 160 mm. The minimum embedment depth is 40 mm, with a minimum substrate thickness of 100 mm. The system is certified according to ETA-13/0088, confirming compliance with European technical standards.
Load capacity varies depending on the substrate type—for concrete C20/25-C50/60, the characteristic load is approximately 0.64 kN at an effective embedment depth of 40 mm. In solid brick, this parameter reaches approximately 0.80 kN.
Installation of battens, profiles, and cable brackets
The system is ideal for installing battens and profiles in drywall construction, as well as for mounting cable brackets, handrails, and finishing elements. It is used in electrical installations for securing cable trays and in gypsum board systems for fixing metal profiles.
In residential construction, the anchor is used for securing door and window frames, wall cabinets, and decorative elements such as skirting boards or dado railings.
Step-by-step installation instructions
Drill a Ø8 mm hole through the fixed element into the mineral substrate, then insert the anchor through the hole until it rests against the substrate, and hammer the nail until the end surface of the anchor is fully flush with the surface of the fixed element.
If removal is necessary, unscrew the nail using a PZ screwdriver—the system allows removal without loss of load-bearing capacity. The recommended spacing between anchoring points is a minimum of 100 mm, and the minimum distance from the substrate edge is also 100 mm.
Regulatory compliance and certifications
The product holds the European Technical Assessment ETA-13/0088, confirming its technical parameters and safety of use. The system meets requirements for a wide range of mineral substrates—from concrete classes C12/15 through solid ceramic bricks to lightweight concrete blocks.
Load parameters have been determined for various operating conditions, independent of the spacing between anchoring points and the distance from the substrate edge.
