Hardened screws for fastening wooden structures

CS structural screws are hardened, high-strength components specifically created for fastening wooden structures. With a diameter of 8 mm and a length of 200 mm, they ensure solid connections even in thick structural elements.

Construction and materials

Made of hardened steel with a galvanised coating (available in yellow or white passivation), which guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The special partial thread geometry with a length of 80 mm has been designed to provide optimal clamping pressure of the connected elements while simultaneously allowing for precise positioning.

The washer head significantly increases the clamping surface area, resulting in high pull-out strength – a key feature in structures exposed to dynamic loads. Additionally, the drill tip located at the end reduces the risk of wood splitting during assembly.
