Compact single-sided modular column

The ALC312/8/14 single-sided minicolumn from the Simon Connect series is a functional solution for electrical installations. Made of a thick aluminum profile, it ensures a stable structure capable of supporting even 3-meter columns. The graphite grey anodized aluminum guarantees not only an aesthetic appearance but also corrosion resistance and long-term durability.

The design is intended for floor-mounted screw installation, with the possibility of expansion mounting or direct screw mounting to the ceiling. Thanks to the adhesive anti-slip sponge, the column remains isolated from the floor surface, which eliminates the risk of vibration transmission and protects the floor from damage.

Modular capacity and protection parameters

The device offers 2 modular spaces with a total capacity of 8 modules: 4× K45, 2× CIMA, and 2× S500. This configuration allows for the flexible arrangement of various installation elements—from standard electrical sockets to advanced telecommunications and multimedia systems.

The IP20 protection rating provides basic protection against contact with hazardous parts and access to solid objects larger than 12mm. The single-sided design facilitates access to the installation and servicing while maintaining compact dimensions.

Mounting and adjustment system

The stability of the installation is ensured by expansion bolts, which allow for precise adjustment and provide proper expansion of the column. The 1.5-meter expansion element is a key component guaranteeing the rigidity of the entire structure. The mounting system has been developed to enable quick installation without the need for specialized tools.

The device's weight of 1.335 kg makes it easy to transport and install, while maintaining the structural solidity required for various installation projects.

Electromagnetic protection and circuit separation

The internal space is equipped with a metal separation barrier, which effectively protects telecommunications and multimedia circuits from electromagnetic interference. This functionality is particularly important in modern office and residential buildings, where different electronic systems must operate without mutual interference.

The design meets the requirements of the ETIM class EC001941 Electrical installation column, confirming its compliance with European quality and safety standards.
