Floor access cover – convenient finishing and access to installations

This Simon Connect floor access cover, designed for floor mounting, is a practical solution for both installers and end-users. It allows for aesthetic finishing of the access opening, enabling the floor material to be fitted directly to the cover surface – even up to 5 mm thick. This not only improves the appearance of the room but also facilitates subsequent maintenance work and access to the installations located underneath.

The cover is dedicated to 4-module enclosures, making it ideal for use in offices, apartments or public spaces. Made of durable plastic, it provides solidity and durability. Additionally, its graphite grey color (RAL 7011) blends well with most interior designs.

Functionality and safety in one

The cover's design has been carefully thought out in terms of ease of installation and use. Perforated holes in the bottom facilitate the introduction of pipes and cables, and wide cable entries allow for freedom in routing cables. The passage lock protects cables from accidental damage during operation. Inside there is a protective foam that protects against dust and small contaminants. Importantly, the materials used are halogen-free and self-extinguishing, which increases fire safety. A metal separating partition additionally provides electromagnetic protection for telecommunications and multimedia circuits – important in modern installations.
