The "bell" button from the Simon54 series is an advanced solution for domestic and commercial installations. Equipped with LED backlight, it provides excellent orientation in the dark and instant identification of its function. The make contact button generates a short electrical signal upon each press, making it ideal for controlling doorbells, garage gates, or stairwell lighting.

High-quality construction and materials

The body made of halogen-free PC plastic guarantees user safety and color durability. The matte silver lacquered surface not only looks elegant but also effectively masks any mounting imperfections. The rocker switch ensures ergonomic operation and precise action.

The compact design with dimensions of 75×75×41mm and a mounting depth of 26mm leaves more space in the installation box. Base lugs help maintain perfect vertical or horizontal alignment in multi-gang sets, and special holes allow for mounting even without boxes - directly onto wooden surfaces.

Electrical parameters and safety

The device operates with a current of 10AX and a voltage of 250V, ensuring reliable operation in standard domestic installations. Quick connectors (self-clamping plug-in connections) significantly speed up installation and eliminate the need to bend wires. The busbar shroud minimizes the risk of electric shock even after removing the covers.

It standardly provides IP20 protection, while adding a frame gasket allows for achieving an IP44 splash-proof rating. This solution works well in both dry rooms and areas requiring additional protection against moisture.

Application and compatibility

The make contact button is most commonly used for opening/closing garage gates, doorbell installations, and switching on stairwell lighting. Thanks to its spring mechanism, it immediately returns to its initial state after release, generating a clear electrical signal.
