The DPK1.01/48 cable connection is a key element of the Simon 54 Premium system, designed as a single-module cable outlet in anthracite color with a metallized finish. The product functions as an extended cable entry, allowing for the aesthetic and safe routing of wires into the electrical installation.

Construction and materials ensuring durability and safety

The body is made of halogen-free polycarbonate (PC), which is characterized by high mechanical and thermal resistance. The surface has been lacquered with a matte finish, guaranteeing resistance to abrasion and long-term preservation of the anthracite color aesthetics.

Operational safety is ensured by a busbar shroud, which minimizes the risk of electric shock even after the socket covers are removed. The design includes a recess on the body that precisely defines the optimal wire stripping length - this solution significantly simplifies the assembly process for the installer.

The mechanism was designed as a basic element with a central cover plate, where the small body embeds into the installation box by only 9 mm. This construction leaves more space inside the box for other installation elements, which is particularly important in the case of complex systems.

Mounting versatility and system compatibility

The product supports wires with a diameter of 6.2-14.5 mm, making it a universal solution for most standard electrical cables. Flush mounting can be carried out both traditionally - using claws or screws - and directly to a wooden surface thanks to special holes that allow the bridge to be screwed in.

The system has been adapted to work in various configurations - universal multi-frames allow for both vertical and horizontal arrangement of sets. Base protrusions help maintain perfect vertical or horizontal alignment in multi-sets, which translates to the aesthetic appearance of the entire installation.

The product is prepared to work in environments requiring increased protection - simply add a dedicated gasket to achieve an IP44 protection rating. Additionally, special frames dedicated to plasterboard are available, ensuring perfect fit of the accessories to the wall.

The advanced material contains refining and anti-static additives that guarantee color durability and resistance to environmental conditions. Non-falling terminal screws eliminate the problem of losing them during assembly - a practical feature appreciated by every professional installer.
