Universal modular blanking plug for electrical installation frames

The DPS.01/43 module frame blanking plug from the Simon 54 Premium series is a practical solution for the aesthetic closure of unused spaces in electrical installations. Made of halogen-free polycarbonate in a metallic matte silver color, it ensures a durable and elegant finish.

Construction and materials

The blanking plug body is made of halogen-free polycarbonate (PC) with dimensions of 75×75×33 mm, which guarantees resistance to mechanical damage and external factors. The matte surface finish eliminates light reflections, ensuring a discreet appearance in any interior.

The central cover plate with a bridge allows for precise mechanism positioning thanks to level brackets, which facilitates the perfect leveling of multi-gang sets. The metal fastening presses the frame against the bridge, effectively hiding installation box mounting imperfections.

Installation and compatibility

The blanking plug is designed for flush mounting with an opening diameter of Ø60 mm. The installation depth is only 22 mm, leaving more space in the installation box for other elements.

The universal mounting system offers two options:

  • Claws (clamps) - providing quick and secure installation without the need for additional tools
  • Screws - allowing for permanent attachment to wooden surfaces or other substrates

The product is compatible with all Simon 54 multi-gang frames, in both vertical and horizontal configurations.
