Simon 54 mechanisms keys – comfort and functionality in every detail
Keys for Simon 54 mechanisms, in cream color (DKW5/41), are a finishing element that combines aesthetics and practical solutions. Made of high-quality polycarbonate, they provide durability and resistance to damage. They are ideal for both professional installers and users who appreciate convenience and reliability.
Versatility and adaptation to needs
Simon 54 keys are not only a decorative element, but above all a functional component of the electrical installation. Thanks to a wide range of available frames, they can be adapted to various interior arrangements – from classic to modern. Importantly, Simon 54 frames are universal and designed for both vertical and horizontal arrangements. Additionally, all frames are prepared to achieve IP44 tightness – just purchase the appropriate gasket.
Solutions for professionals and end users
The Simon 54 series has been designed to facilitate installation and ensure safety of use. The new bridge with spirit level supports enables precise positioning of the mechanism, and the metal mount presses the frame to the bridge, masking any imperfections in the installation. The small size of the mechanism saves space in the installation box, which is particularly important in limited spaces. Base protrusions facilitate maintaining the vertical or horizontal alignment of multiple sets. The possibility of mounting without installation boxes thanks to special holes is an additional advantage of this system. The recess on the body indicates the optimal length of wire stripping, and the busbar cover minimizes the risk of electric shock after removing the socket covers. The small body of the double socket occupies only 9 mm depth in the installation box. The claws of the double sockets are arranged diagonally, bypassing the sleeves of screws and wire entries in combined boxes. Connecting wires to the back of the mechanism eliminates the need to bend them and allows for the installation of short wires, and connecting wires to one side of the body of the single socket shortens the installation time. Covered claws and a rounded body without sharp edges increase safety of use, and non-falling current clamp screws facilitate the work of the installer.
