The single RJ12 telephone socket from the Simon54 series is a telecommunications module that enables the connection of telephone sets, faxes, and analog modems. It is equipped with one RJ12 (6p4c) type connector.

Construction and materials ensuring durability

The socket body is made of advanced thermoplastic reinforced with enhancing and antistatic additives, which guarantees color durability and scratch resistance. Finished in white.

The metal mounting presses the frame against the bridge, hiding any installation imperfections of the junction boxes.

Functionality and installation safety

The mechanism is equipped with a recess that defines the optimal wire stripping length, facilitating correct cable preparation before assembly. Connecting the wires from one side of the body shortens the installation time.

Alignment lugs help maintain vertical or horizontal alignment for multi-gang sets.

Mounting versatility and compatibility

The modular design allows for integration with multi-gang frames from the Simon54 Nature or Simon54 Premium series.

Mounting without junction boxes is possible thanks to special holes that allow the bridge to be screwed to wooden surfaces or other substrates.

All frames are prepared for the IP44 version - simply add a gasket. The mounting claws/screw mounting method and the insulation piercing clamp ensure a durable wire connection.

The IP20 protection rating suggests indoor use in dry rooms. The product complies with safety standards and technical standards applicable in the European market, and the materials are RoHS compliant - free from substances harmful to the environment.
