Construction and application

The socket is designed for analog and digital RTV-SAT installations. It has three sockets – two satellite and one RTV – allowing you to connect multiple devices without the need for additional splitters. High separation between ports and galvanic isolation of the RTV input from the output guarantee a clean signal and minimize interference. The ability to use the SAT port as a return channel increases its functionality, especially with dual-tuner decoders. Signal attenuation at 2 dB for 2150 MHz and 1 dB for 860 MHz ensures high transmission quality.

The socket is characterized by a slim line – after mounting, it protrudes from the wall by only 11 mm. Safe sockets with current-carrying track covers prevent objects other than plugs from being inserted, increasing safety, especially in homes with children. Diagonal paws in the double socket provide solid support in the mounting box. All elements of the Akord series have the same external dimensions, which facilitates the design and installation of installations. Non-falling screws in connector and socket mechanisms further increase installation convenience.
