Cable ladder KL 60X200 S is a solid and functional solution for creating cable routes in electrical installations. Made of steel, with hot-dip galvanized surface, it provides durable corrosion protection and the possibility of use in demanding environmental conditions. Its construction, based on riveted rungs with full two-sided access, guarantees stability and easy installation.

Construction and application

The ladder is characterized by an open construction with profiled side walls in the shape of the letter L with a bent edge. C-shaped crossbars are attached to the side walls through embossments every 300 mm, providing optimal spacing for cable mounting. Thanks to the side perforation, it is easy to mount accessories, such as PKC1 clips, which facilitates the organization and routing of cables. The ladder is designed for mounting both vertically and horizontally, as well as at an angle – it is ideal for various industrial and commercial applications. Possible support spacing is from 1 to 3 meters.

Safety and compliance with standards

This model of cable ladder has a certificate confirming its performance in the event of a fire (E30, E90), making it particularly suitable for use in public buildings and facilities with increased fire safety requirements. The strength of the construction and high-quality materials guarantee safe cable routing and minimize the risk of mechanical damage. The operating temperature range from -50°C to 150°C allows the ladder to be used in extreme climatic conditions.

Connection and mounting

Connecting ladder segments is done using S 60X200 connectors and NSM 6X10 screws (4 pieces per connection). The weight of the ladder is 2.37 kg/m, which facilitates transport and installation.
