This steel wall bracket, designated DZDS 500/B S, is a robust solution for the safe and durable mounting of cable trays with a width of 500 mm. The design of the wall arm allows for efficient use of space and aesthetically pleasing cable routing. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations – thanks to the corrosion resistance provided by galvanizing.

Construction and mounting

The bracket is made of steel, guaranteeing high strength and reliability. Its dimensions (length 550 mm, height 122 mm, width 36 mm) allow it to be adapted to various mounting needs. A key feature is the ability to quickly and securely attach the wire tray thanks to specially designed mounting protrusions – simply bend them to ensure a stable connection. This solution significantly speeds up installation work.

Application and operating parameters

The DZDS 500/B S bracket is designed to operate in a wide temperature range, from -50°C to +150°C, making it suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions. Sendzimir coating and galvanizing increase corrosion resistance, providing long-term protection against the effects of atmospheric factors. This model does not have a function to maintain operational efficiency during a fire (E30 or E90 class). The angle of inclination is 90 degrees.
