This battery rack is a solid solution for organizing and safely mounting batteries in uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. Designed for flexibility and ease of use, it provides free access to the batteries during maintenance and replacement. The rack's construction allows for serial mounting of batteries, which is particularly important in extended UPS systems.

The rack is delivered as a flat pack, which facilitates transport and installation at the destination. The modular design allows for quick and easy assembly, minimizing system downtime. Made of steel of varying thickness – 2.0 mm load-bearing elements and 2.5 mm angles – it guarantees high mechanical strength and stability of the entire structure. The rack surface has been properly prepared by degreasing, etching and phosphating, which provides effective corrosion protection. The powder coating finish in RAL 9004 (black) further increases resistance to mechanical damage and provides an aesthetic appearance.

The rack is compatible with various types of VRLA Armac batteries, allowing mounting:

• 96 batteries B/12V/7AH or B/12V/9AH (24 per level)
• 80 batteries B/12V/18AH (20 per level)
• 32 batteries B/12V/40AH (8 per level)
• 16 batteries BL/12V/120AH (4 per level)

This allows it to be adapted to the specific needs of the installation.
