UPS Battery Rack – Solid Construction and Easy Assembly

This battery rack is an indispensable element of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. Designed for convenient installation and access to batteries, it will work both in professional installations and workshops. Its modular design allows for quick assembly in the target location, and the flat construction in cardboard boxes facilitates transport.

The rack offers up to 12 shelves arranged on 4 levels and 3 rows, allowing for the organized storage of a large number of batteries. It is compatible with various types of VRLA Armac batteries – from 7Ah to 120Ah models. For example, it can accommodate up to 144 B/12V/7AH or B/12V/9AH batteries on a single rack.

The rack's construction is made of steel of varying thickness – load-bearing elements are 2.0 mm thick, and angle bars are 2.5 mm – which guarantees high mechanical strength and stability. The surface is protected against corrosion by degreasing, etching and phosphating, and then coated with a durable powder coating in black (RAL 9004). This ensures long-term protection against rust and mechanical damage.

The rack is characterized by dimensions of 830 mm (width), 650 mm (length) and 1000 mm (height), and its weight is 44 kg. The width between the angle bars is 190 mm, and the distance between the load-bearing elements is 30 and 50 mm. This ensures optimal use of space and easy access to each battery. The set includes M6*40 screws and nuts – 48 pieces of each element, as well as covers for the load-bearing elements – 8 pieces.
