The OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 12G0.75 control cable is a reliable solution for wiring control circuits in a wide range of applications. Construction and properties

This cable features a construction based on 12 copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The conductors are numbered, which facilitates identification during installation and servicing. The outer jacket made of PVC provides resistance to abrasion, chemicals (including oils – compliant with IEC 60811-404) and weather conditions. This makes the cable suitable for use in both dry and humid environments. The flexible construction allows for repeated bending without damage, which is particularly important in moving applications. The minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 39.6 mm, and in moving applications without guidance – 99 mm.

Additionally, the cable has a protective conductor, which increases safety. The reaction to fire class is Eca (according to EN 13501-6), which provides basic fire protection. The cable remains flexible even at low temperatures down to -15°C during installation and withstands operating temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (without vibration). The rated voltage U/U0 is 500 V / 300 V respectively. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 9.9 mm. It is made of high-quality materials, which is confirmed by VDE certification.
