Construction and properties

The OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 cable features a construction based on multi-wire copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², insulated with PVC. The conductors are numbered, which simplifies identification during installation and servicing. The whole is surrounded by an outer PVC sheath, providing additional mechanical and chemical protection. This makes the cable resistant to oils (according to IEC 60811-404), making it ideal for industrial environments. The fire reaction class Eca provides a basic level of fire safety.

• Flexibility: Multi-wire conductor construction class 5 ensures high flexibility, making it easier to route cables in tight spaces and dynamic installations.
• Chemical resistance: The outer PVC sheath protects against the effects of oils, greases and many chemicals.
• Wide temperature range: The cable retains its properties at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (after installation), and during installation from -15°C to +70°C.
• Conductor identification: Conductor numbering facilitates correct connection and minimizes the risk of errors during installation.
• Rated voltage: Designed to operate at 500V (300V between conductors).
• Bending radius: The minimum bending radius for fixed installations is 25.2 mm, and for flexible installations without guidance – 63 mm. With forced guidance – 94.5 mm.
