Universal control cable for various applications

The OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 cable is a versatile solution for control wiring, both inside machines and in installations between buildings. It is suitable for both fixed and limited-movement applications where flexibility and reliability are required. The cable's construction allows it to be used in cable ducts and in moving parts of machines – provided that appropriate technical conditions are met.

Construction and properties

The cable is made of multi-wire copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The outer jacket is also made of PVC, providing resistance to oils, acids and alkalis. The conductors are numbered, which facilitates identification during installation and servicing. The cable has a green-yellow protective conductor, providing additional safety. The rated voltage is 500 V, and the permissible operating temperature during installation is -15°C to +70°C, and after installation (without vibration) from -40°C to +80°C. The minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 20.4 mm, and in moving installations without guidance – 51 mm.
