ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 control cable – reliability and flexibility in every application

The ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 cable is a versatile solution for wiring control circuits in machines, industrial installations and buildings. It is characterized by high flexibility, which facilitates installation and ensures reliable connections even in difficult conditions. Made of copper with PVC insulation, this cable is designed for medium mechanical loads and ensures safe operation over a wide temperature range.

Construction and application

ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 is designed for fixed and occasionally moving connections without tensile stress. Its flexible construction allows continuous bending in moving parts of machines and chain guides. The outer PVC jacket provides resistance to acids and alkalis, making it an ideal choice for use in dry and humid environments, as well as outdoors (taking the temperature range into account). This cable is perfect for universal wiring of control circuits between devices and inside machines. Additionally, the cable construction is suitable for twisting applications, e.g. in wind turbines.

Safety and quality confirmed by standards

ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 is not only flexibility and durability, but also a high level of safety. The cable has oil resistance according to DIN EN 50290-2-22 (TM54) and has been tested and approved by VDE. Classified fire performance according to EU Directive 305/2011 (BauPVO/CPR) guarantees safe use. High test voltage (4000 V) provides effective protection against electric shock. The cable is also tested for resistance to ECOLAB® disinfectants and cleaning agents. Reduced wall thickness translates to space savings during installation.
