The ÖLFLEX CLASSIC 110 3G1 control cable is a versatile solution for control installations, machines and devices. The construction with three 1 mm² cross-section cores provides reliable connections in a wide range of applications. The cable is characterized by flexibility and durability, which facilitates installation and ensures long-term operation.

Construction and properties

Made of copper, with insulation and an outer jacket of PVC, the ÖLFLEX CLASSIC 110 cable is resistant to many external factors, including oils. The cores are stranded (class 5), which increases flexibility and facilitates routing in tight spaces. The gray color of the outer jacket and the black, numbered cores make it easy to identify individual wires during installation and servicing. Additionally, the presence of a protective conductor (yellow-green) ensures safe use.

The cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 500 V and an allowable operating temperature from -40°C to +80°C (after installation, without vibration), which allows it to be used in harsh environmental conditions. The minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 24 mm, and in moving installations without guidance – 60 mm. This allows the cable to be easily adapted to different installation configurations. Fire reaction class Eca provides additional safety in the event of a fire.

The use of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the insulation and outer jacket material guarantees good resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. The cable is also resistant to the action of most chemicals, which expands the scope of its applications. A wide range of available designs, even up to 100 cores, allows the cable to be adapted to specific project needs.
