The construction with copper cores and PVC insulation provides good chemical resistance and oil resistance, making it an ideal choice for various industrial and commercial environments.

Construction and properties

The ÖLFLEX CLASSIC 110 cable is characterized by careful workmanship. Cores made of stranded copper, insulated with PVC (LAPP P8/1), are twisted in layers, and the whole is covered with a gray (RAL 7001) outer coating made of PVC. Core numbering with digits facilitates identification during installation and servicing. This allows installers to quickly and efficiently connect the cable, minimizing the risk of errors. And end users can be sure of the correct operation of the system.

This cable complies with IEC 60332-1-2 regarding fire resistance and DIN EN 50290-2-22 (TM54) in terms of oil resistance. The minimum bending radius in moving installations is 51 mm (without guidance) or 76.5 mm (with forced guidance), and in fixed installations – 20.4 mm, which facilitates cable routing even in tight spaces. The rated voltage U/U0 is 500 V / 300 V, respectively. The fire reaction class is Eca.
