The OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 control cable is a reliable solution for electrical installations in dry, damp and wet rooms. It is suitable for both industrial applications and residential construction. Its flexibility and oil resistance make it an ideal choice for control systems, assembly lines, control panels, and machinery and equipment of the European type.

Construction and properties

The cable is constructed of multi-wire copper conductors, insulated with PVC. The conductors are twisted in layers, and the whole is surrounded by a gray (RAL 7001) outer coating of PVC, which provides additional mechanical and chemical protection. Numbering on the conductors facilitates identification and improves installation safety. A version with a protective conductor (GN-YE) is available. The C characteristic allows it to react more slowly to short current surges, therefore it tolerates starting devices with a motor well.

The OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 500 V (U0/U: 300/500 V) and a conductor cross-section of 0.5 mm². It has 4 conductors made of copper, insulated with PVC, surrounded by an outer coating also made of PVC. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C for fixed installations and from -15°C to +70°C for occasionally moving operation. The minimum bending radius for fixed installation is 22.8 mm, and for moving installation without guidance – 57 mm.
