Control cable for a wide range of applications

The OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 4G1.5 cable is a universal control cable designed to power devices and electrical energy consumers. It is characterized by high flexibility and durability, making it an ideal solution for both professional installers and end users. Made of copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², insulated with PVC, it provides safe and reliable connections in various conditions.

This cable is particularly recommended for applications requiring conductor identification – thanks to the numbered conductors, installation is simpler and faster. The outer PVC coating in gray (RAL 7001) provides additional protection against mechanical damage and external factors. Additionally, the cable is oil-resistant, which increases its resistance in harsh industrial conditions.

Construction and user parameters

The cable construction is based on four flexible conductors (class 5) made of copper. One of the conductors is yellow-green and serves as a protective function. The cable has a rated voltage of 500V and a test voltage of 4000V. This allows it to be used in installations with different voltages. The minimum bending radius during installation of movable cables is 72 mm, and in fixed installations – 28.8 mm, which makes it easier to route cables even in tight spaces.

The OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 4G1.5 cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C after installation (without vibration) and from -15°C to +70°C during installation. This makes it a reliable solution even in extreme environmental conditions. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 7.2 mm, and its weight is approximately 0.1 kg/m.
