The ÖLFLEX CLASSIC 110 4G4 control cable is a reliable solution for control installations, machines and devices. It is characterized by flexibility and durability, which facilitates installation and ensures long-term operation. Made of copper with PVC insulation, it is resistant to many external factors. This cable is particularly useful in places exposed to oils, as it meets the requirements of IEC 60811-404.

Construction and user properties

The ÖLFLEX CLASSIC 110 4G4 cable consists of four cores with a cross-section of 4 mm², made of stranded copper (class 5), which ensures good flexibility and easy routing in tight spaces. The cores are insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the entire cable is surrounded by a jacket of the same material. The gray color of the jacket makes identification easier, and the black cores with numbering simplify connection. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor for increased safety.

The minimum bending radius for mobile installations without guidance is 108 mm, and for fixed installations – 43.2 mm. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 10.8 mm. The rated voltage is 500 V (300 V between cores and earth). Available in a wide range of versions – up to 100 cores in the cable – allowing you to choose the appropriate model for specific needs.
