Construction and properties

The ÖLFLEX CLASSIC 110 cable consists of five conductors, each with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², made of stranded copper. The conductors are insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the entire cable is surrounded by a jacket of the same material. The gray color makes it easier to identify in cable bundles. The conductors are black and numbered, which significantly simplifies the connection and identification of individual wires – particularly useful for more complex installations. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor, providing additional safety.

The use of PVC as the insulation material and outer jacket provides resistance to many chemical compounds and a wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to +80°C. The cable is also oil-resistant (according to IEC 60811-404), making it suitable for use in industrial environments. The minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 26.8 mm, and in moving installations without guidance – 67 mm, which facilitates cable routing even in tight spaces. Thanks to the fire reaction class Eca, it meets basic fire safety requirements.
