The OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 5G6 control cable is a versatile solution for power and control in a wide range of applications. It is suitable for both industrial installations and commercial or residential construction. The construction with five cores of 6 mm² cross-section provides adequate performance and safety, and the solid construction guarantees long-term reliability.

Construction and properties

This cable is characterized by high quality workmanship, which translates into its durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Made of copper cores in flexible class 6, insulated with PVC, it provides good flexibility and ease of installation. The outer PVC coating protects the cable from external factors such as moisture and oils. Additionally, the cable is resistant to the action of oils (according to IEC 60811-404), which increases its versatility. The cores are numbered with digits for easy identification during installation, and one of them is yellow-green - intended as a protective or equalization conductor.

The use of high-quality materials and precise construction ensure stable electrical parameters over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C for fixed installations and from -15°C to +70°C for flexible connections. The cable meets the Eca standard in terms of reaction to fire (EN 13501-6), which increases the safety level of the installation. The minimum bending radius is 58 mm for fixed installations and 145 mm for flexible ones, which makes it easier to route cables even in tight spaces. The rated voltage is 500V (300/500V), and the test voltage is 4000V, which guarantees safe operation. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 14.5 mm.
