Its construction with seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² provides flexibility and ease of installation, which will be appreciated by both installers and end users. This cable is particularly useful where resistance to oils and flexibility in difficult conditions are required.
Construction and user properties
The cable is made of seven flexible copper conductors (class 5), which makes it easier to route in tight spaces and dynamic applications. The conductor insulation made of PVC provides good electrical and mechanical protection. The conductors are black, numbered for easy identification during installation, and the cable also has a yellow-green protective conductor. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) used as the outer jacket material guarantees durability and resistance to mechanical damage. This makes the cable ready to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (after installation, without vibration) and from -15°C to +70°C during installation. The minimum bending radius is 29.2 mm for fixed installations and 73 mm for moving installations without guidance – which translates to convenience during installation even in complex systems.

OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 meets the CPR Eca standard, which means it has a limited capacity to emit smoke in the event of a fire. The cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 500V (300V/500V), ensuring safe operation in typical control installations. The lack of shielding makes this cable a good choice where the absence of electromagnetic interference is not a problem. Additionally, the cable does not propagate flame.
